Türkçe Pancra

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

Pancra is a personal tracking app that helps you keep records of your blood sugar, blood pressure, weight and medication/insulin. This page explains what data is collected, how it is used and what rights you have over your data.

What data is collected?

Account information

Your email address and (if you sign in with email and password) your password, or your Google or Apple account ID if you sign in with Google or Apple.

Health records

The blood sugar, blood pressure and weight readings and medication/insulin doses you enter yourself, with their dates and times.

Profile preferences

Height, target blood sugar range, the names of the insulin/medication products you use, reminder settings and app language.

Device notifications

Medication reminders are scheduled entirely on your device, locally. This information is not sent to a server.

What is the data used for?

The data collected is used only for the app's core function: storing the readings you enter, showing your history, creating charts and reports, and scheduling the reminders you ask for. Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

Where is the data stored, and who is it shared with?

Your account and health data are stored on the servers of our infrastructure provider Supabase in Europe (Frankfurt) (authentication and database). Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and database access rules (Row Level Security) prevent users from accessing each other's data. As the app's developer, I can access the database when needed to resolve a support request or a technical problem, but your data is not used for any other purpose, shared with third parties or sold.

Sign-in, sign-up and password reset emails are sent through Resend. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, Google or Apple is contacted to verify your identity. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers only supply the technical infrastructure needed to run the service; they do not use your data for their own purposes.

To see how many people visit the website we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across sites; it only keeps anonymous, aggregate statistics such as the page address, country, browser/device type and page load speed. The health records you enter are never sent to it. The mobile apps (Android/iPhone) contain no visitor analytics tool.

Your right to delete your data

The app offers two separate deletion options in Settings:

Both take effect immediately. If you want to keep a copy of your data before deleting it, you can download a PDF report from the Report tab (CSV is also available in the web app).

Children's privacy

Pancra is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated as the app develops. If there are significant changes, you can follow them through the "last updated" date above.
